What is a Psychomagic Letter? I first heard of them from Karine Brule – a Clairvoyant Healer. She describes a Psychomagic Letter as a symbolic ritual that allows you to write a letter with energy and intention to:
- Release emotions stored in you.
- Express your feelings without the confrontation.
- To move forward with life.
Writing this letter may release emotions such as anger, sadness, happiness, anxiety that have been accumulating for different reasons. Such as writing to someone that has hurt you or someone who is no longer with you because they have passed away. Whatever your reason is when you do not express an emotion it gets repressed and imprinted in you. Those emotions are later on released in different ways that do not always serve you well. How do we write a letter? You can either handwrite the letter or type it, but you will need to print it out. As you are writing your letter, take time to feel your feelings, and use your emotions, give energy and expression to everything you have written.
1. CHOOSE A PERSON: someone whom you had an emotional struggle to heal pain and/or release anger.
2. WRITE A LETTER TO THIS PERSON: Allow yourself to be honest. Although you will not send this letter it’s important you allow your feelings to be released.
3. POSITIVE LANGUAGE: Formulate your letter in a positive way that will serve you to release your emotions in a healthy and loving way.
4. USE THE WORD ‘RELEASE’: At the end of your letter write “I release myself from this attachment and I release you (their name) and your energy from my life.”
5. READ THE LETTER: Print the letter if you need to, hold it in your hands and read it. Read again the next day in the morning and before going to bed for the next 3 days.
6. REVIEW THE LETTER: After one week check how you feel emotionally towards the person you wrote the letter. If you still feel negative emotions – repeat the process one more time.
