Get to know me

Our reality is created by our beliefs because we become an extension of those thoughts.  Life is more than just pushing through another day. There is a new life waiting for you on the other side of your decision and I can help you get there.  

Growing up with a single working-class mom and as the oldest of 6 sisters, I refused to let my circumstances define who I would become. 

I put in the work to let go of the anger, the trauma, the pain and I have spent over the last two decades of my life immersing myself in spirituality, human behavior, and energy medicine. My adult life has also been dedicated to understanding the connection between Mind, Body, and Spirit as well as work-life balance.

My ‘why’ falls back to what helped me survive my childhood and it was the power of mentorship, education, and great leadership from teachers, counselors, and neighbors.  I eventually went on to graduate from Locke High School in South Central Los Angeles, received my B.S. in Los Angeles State University and my M.S. in Engineering Management from Denmark in 2010.  I now live in Denmark with my husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs.

During the day I have my corporate job which I enjoy very much and on my free time – I coach, heal, and teach. Besides spending time with my family in Denmark. My other biggest joy is visiting my family in Los Angeles and traveling around the world.
